If you’re on your way to or from Miami on the 41, make a quick stop and head down this boardwalk. This really couldn’t be any easier of a nature trail. Its a boardwalk that starts right off of the parking lot and only goes about a half mile deep into a cypress strand.
Submerged cypress trees.
Grasshoppers crawl over rotting stumps.
Florida Gar hovers under the lily’s .
About two thirds the way down the boardwalk, the water level rises.
This little bird was chillin on the boardwalk.
Not sure what he was doing.
